Hey 207,
Okay this is really imperative for all of you. Please take note of what is required tomorrow for the Drama Assessment. Failure to do so will result in dastardly consequences - do bear that in mind all right! Right here goes.
Drama AssesmentVenue: M4-04
Time: 10.15 AM to 12.05 PM
Date: 24th September 2009
Take Note1. Please report punctually. If anyone is late, Mr. Ng will dock points.
2. Please report at the assigned time in costumes and make-up with props brought along, there should not be any hasty retrieving of props after the Assesment has begun.
3. Bring your
2 Evaluation Sheets and your
2 photos, neatly glued onto the sheet
a. Entitled "Drama 2009: Play-building Pre-presentation Reflections" (this should be done)
b. Entitled "Drama - Assesment of Class Play" (otherwise known as rubrics)
Submit in groups, don't pile an avalanche of papers on both my and Sherenas' desks.
*For groups 207B (Even and Odd), someone who I can't recall who approached me to tell me she hasn't got the photos. In that case, everyone please check with Sherena, because I think she should be the one holding on to the second half of the photos. For 207A (Even and Odd), please also double check your items accordingly. If anything is missing/misplaced, tell me pronto.
4. If you are utilising the sound system (eg. background melodies), please remember to bring your thumbdrives/storing device along and put beside the machine, with your group clearly labeled. I am uncertain about music from the internet, but you could give it an attempt since there is a computer. However, music used from the internet (especially Youtube) is discouraged.
5. You aren't allowed to bring your school shoes in, but you can wear shoes as part of your costumes in the play (eg. heels, etc). Also, you may be videoed or recorded during any portion of the performance and please don't allow this to interfere with your acting.
The M4-04 will be ours from 9.45 AM onwards, we can gather there during recess already. Also, there is no specific order for tomorrow's presentation yet.
That's about all I can think of, if there are any additions you know of and unmentioned, please inform me so the others know it too. Also, please ensure you look neat in your apparel you will be wearing (unless of course you're supposed to look in a state of mess).

Okay I apologise for being extremely long-winded, but just in case any of you need to refer to it, please do. The following will be details of the Assessment which albeit everyone has been shown this, I think it would be best if it's on the Class Blog for easy access.
