I just post what we need for funfair! Then you all see what you all can bring as in claim money from vera after funfair but must bring for funfair first! :D Quantity is included in the brackets)

Toaster Ovens(3-5 rachel,hanzhi)
Squeeze bottles(5-depending on the sauces we have?)
Satay Sticks/wooden skewers(70 sticks)
Extension Wire(1 - yirong)
Spoons/butter knifes(7-10 for spreading the pasta sauce and the toppings)
Plastic bags(150-200)

Bread(4 loaves)
Pasta sauce(2 cans - yi yun bringing)
Mozerella Cheese(1kg - vera knows where to get)
Button Mushrooms(2 cans - rachel)
Sausage(1 packet - puijeng/jiajing)

Ham(1 packet - rachel)
Seaweed(1 big packet)
Pork floss(1 packet)
Crabstick(1 packet - puijeng)

The 12(May, Siew Ting, Shanna, Celia, Chang Jie Lin, Yi Yun, Michelle, Sherena, Yi Yan, Yuhan, Charmaine & someone else I can't rmb sorry) in publicity you all have to start work already okay! :D We need a banner at the stall, signboards/noticeboard(3 i think? - 1 at stall, 2 to carry), A4 size posters(to stick around school). Please get the done hopefully before June hols. Okay A4 size posters have to be before June hols cos' we need to submit to school to vet and get stamp first. Those that we are not sticking up I think can finish them up during June hols. Please keep me updated on what you all are doing thanks.(appoint someone to be in charge so I know who to ask. Thank you)
