the following would be the new rules set in colaboration with keeping our class...

This was discussed by Lydia and myself, so if any queries, feel free to approach us.
(eeyur. i sound so sickeningly formal. that is so...nvm)

1. Food
Food totally allowed in class.
But that doesn't mean you're going to brandish the bar of Mars Chocolate and devour it.

Eating is officially banned.
so we can forget about sweets and little savouries as well. because of Yu Han's unfortunate mishap, which we are extremely regretful of, we have decided that sweets and chocolate mints are prohibited too. apologies, but we can't afford to have another blemish on our score card. We've been caught twice in like, hello,
ONE SEMESTER.
and uh, good thing is, even though the Councillors don't do anything except take down your name (they don't even murder you for it),
the price to pay is to have a red tick marked in the Cleanliness Registers. disgustingly harmful so yeah.

2. Drinks
Drinks totally allowed in class too. hurray.
On the flip side, only normal day drinks like water is to be consumed.
Other drinks, especially sweet drinks unallowed for consumption. apologies once more.
er.
But if you're ill, on that day, and you unfortunately have to swallow some tonic drink (i dunno) to 补身 or improve your yin-yang energy or wadeva, i dunno, or home made drinks like 罗汉果 then just inform one of the CCs, you're allowed to drink.

So, in a nutshell.
NO SWEET DRINKS. NO OTHER DRINKS.
ALL EXCEPT WATER. PURE WATER. SKYWATER. TAP WATER. WATEVA
HOME-MADE DRINKS ALLOWED HOWEVER, MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SPILL.
AND MUST INFORM CC.
IF YOU WANT TO BRING TONICS LIKE CORDYCEP SOUP CAN. DON'T SPILL.
MUST INFORM CC.

3. Duty
heh heh. have noticed a few ppl darting away once the bell rang, and even if it's your duty on that day.

now you can't. sorry, but if this continues your name will be booked then submitted.
um.
okay. i've got three ideas, two Lydia knows, one she doesn't.

(a) Impose fines.
if that's the best idea, it might be legalised. other classes have done it,
so are the seniors so yeah. anyway, the fines will be
minimum $0.50
maximum $2.00
actual amount not discussed but will be polling tomorrow.
(b)Excuse Slips
this Lydia doesn't know.
anyway, in case you have some CCA meetings often like dance, or that you have
an urgent immediate impromptu appointment, and that you are unable to turn up
for duty, you can fill in a slip of paper.
probably be like:
name. reason of excuse. date of that day. when to make up.
and stuff like that. so yeah. that we'd be always informed and that you won't
die in being late in your feeble attempt to explain to us why exhaustedly.
it doesn't work if you talk so fast we catch one word out of every ten. pity.
(c)Duty Slots
frankly speaking are you guys comfortable with the slots of the duties?
like after school period? oh i dunno. but i seem to think there is a less
effeciency and effectiveness if it's done after school.
look at it this way. we might not necessarily know who ran off, because they
may switch without telling us so by the next day if we do remember, we ask
then there will be ugly bickering about who accepted switch, who didn't.
if it's during school hours verification would be as easy as a pea.
that's what i think, but apparently we need to exercise democracy, so we'd
better do it by poll. tomorrow.

phew, this is so lengthy.
and if one day you decide to change shift then tell us, because we the CCs are not meant to be angels and goddesses to know every single thing without prior notice. but that is not the ultimate issue so just remember will do.

4. Electricity
this is evidently not a problem, i dunno why i'm addressing this but well, i did see one fine day in the morning of term two, apparently we forgot to switch of the projector then it was left swichted on for one night. how horrendously terrible. next time just please do be mindful. not that this is an extra large unsolved quadary.
